Aurumvexa

Strategy is only the start. We build and run the venture.

Aurumvexa is a consultancy that turns a plan into an operating business. Our own ventures, a custom crypto strategy on a broker platform and a direct-to-consumer toy store, show how we work.

Innovate. Empower. Elevate.

What we do

Three kinds of work, usually in this order. Clients come to us with an idea, a market or an underperforming operation; they leave with something running.

Strategy and systems design

We define the mandate before we touch a tool: who the customer is, what the unit economics must be, where the risk sits and what "working" means in numbers. The result is a written strategy with the systems architecture to deliver it.

Build and launch

Our team designs and ships the product: trading infrastructure, commerce storefronts, dashboards, and integrations with brokers, payment providers and logistics partners. Fixed scopes, acceptance criteria agreed up front.

Operate and grow

Launch is the midpoint. We run the operation with you or for you: monitoring, reporting, performance reviews, marketing and the steady work of fixing what the market teaches you.

Ventures we built and operate

Two businesses in very different markets, run with the same discipline. Each is open to clients as a product, and each is a working example of what an engagement with us produces.

Custom crypto strategy on a broker platform

A rules-based trading strategy designed around your mandate, deployed on a platform we connect to your own broker or exchange accounts and monitor every day. You keep your accounts and your keys; we provide the rules, the software and the operating discipline.

Built for
Family offices, treasury teams, prop desks, experienced investors
Custody
Stays with you; trade-only API keys, withdrawals disabled
Engagement
Fixed-scope build, then a managed term
Markets
Spot and derivatives on major exchanges and regulated brokers

How an engagement runs

  1. Mandate and risk profileCapital, time horizon, drawdown tolerance, the asset universe you will and will not touch, and any jurisdictional constraints.
  2. Strategy designTrend-following, mean-reversion, grid and accumulation, or basis and funding-rate strategies, with position sizing and volatility targeting written as rules.
  3. Backtest and paper tradingWalk-forward testing with realistic fees and slippage, then a paper-trading period on live prices before any real order is placed.
  4. Broker and exchange integrationAPI connections to your accounts, with withdrawals disabled on every key.
  5. Go live with controlsExposure caps, daily-loss and maximum-drawdown halts, a kill switch you hold, and alerts to your phone.
  6. Reporting and reviewDaily P&L, monthly performance and risk reports, and a quarterly review where the strategy is kept, tuned or retired.

Platform features

  • Multi-venue connectivitySpot and derivatives across several exchanges and brokers through one interface and one set of rules.
  • Pre-trade risk engineEvery order is checked against exposure, concentration and loss limits before it leaves. Breaches halt trading.
  • Execution toolsLimit ladders, TWAP, scheduled rebalancing and accumulation plans, with fee and slippage tracking per venue.
  • Portfolio and performancePositions, net and gross exposure, realized and unrealized P&L, fees and drawdown against limits.
  • Alerts and audit logEvery signal, order, fill and override is recorded. Alerts reach your phone the moment a limit is approached.
  • Role-based accessOwner, a controller who can see everything and change nothing, and our operations team.

What you receive

  • Strategy specificationA written document you own: rules, parameters and the reasoning behind them.
  • Backtest and paper-trading reportEvery assumption stated, including the periods where the strategy struggled.
  • Deployed platform instanceConnected to your accounts and configured to your limits.
  • Operating runbookOutages, limit breaches, halts and restarts, and who does what.
  • Monitoring and reportingDaily oversight for the agreed term, with monthly performance and risk reports.
  • Quarterly strategy reviewKept, tuned or retired, based on live results.
Risk disclosure. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and you can lose the entire amount invested. Backtested and past performance do not predict future results. Nothing on this page is investment advice, and the service is offered only where local regulation permits. We do not hold client funds.

A direct-to-consumer toy store

An online toy shop we designed, built and operate ourselves, from brand and catalog to payments, fulfilment and customer care. A curated range rather than an endless one, organised the way parents actually shop: by age first, then by the kind of play.

Shop by age, then by play

  • Building and construction, from first stacking blocks to advanced sets.
  • STEM and learning kits, puzzles and early coding toys.
  • Creative and arts supplies and craft kits.
  • Outdoor and active play, from balance boards to kites.
  • Plush, pretend play, games and family puzzles.

What shoppers get

  • Gift finderAge, interest and budget in three taps, for the shopper with five minutes and a birthday on Saturday.
  • Age grading on every itemClear age bands and development notes, so a gift lands at the right stage.
  • Safety on the pageCertification, small-parts warnings and materials listed up front, not buried in a PDF.
  • Checkout that fits the marketCards, wallets and local payment methods, with fraud screening through established providers.
  • Gift wrap and messagesAdded at checkout, with the price hidden from the packing slip when the order is a gift.
  • Tracking and easy returnsCourier updates by email and message; a returns flow that takes a minute on a phone.

What we built to run it

  1. Brand and storefrontDesigned for a parent on a phone in a spare minute: fast pages, large targets, short copy.
  2. Catalog and inventorySupplier feeds, stock sync and age-grade and safety metadata on every item.
  3. PaymentsLocal and international methods with fraud screening.
  4. FulfilmentPick, pack, courier labels and tracking, with exceptions routed to a person.
  5. CRM and analyticsRepeat purchases, gift seasons and slow movers visible weekly and acted on.

For a retail client this is a fixed-scope package: brand, storefront, catalog, payments, logistics and the first ninety days of operations. The toy store is where we learned the details that make the difference, and we carry them into client work.

A trading platform and a toy shop look like opposites. Underneath they ask the same questions: what is the mandate, where is the risk, what are the numbers, and who is awake when something breaks.

Rules before tools

In both ventures the operating rules were written and tested before the software existed. That is the habit we bring to client work.

Integration is the job

Brokers, exchanges, payment providers, couriers: the value is in connecting other people's systems reliably and knowing what to do when one fails.

Operating teaches faster than advising

Running our own businesses keeps our advice current. We recommend what we have seen work this quarter, not what worked in a case study.

How an engagement works

Four phases, each with a deliverable you can hold.

You can stop after any phase and keep everything produced so far.

  1. Listen

A structured discovery of your goals, constraints, market and existing systems. We ask the uncomfortable questions early.

Deliverable: a one-page mandate and a scoped proposal, usually within two weeks.
  2. Design

Strategy, operating rules, systems architecture and a plan with milestones, budget and the risks we expect to meet.

Deliverable: the strategy document and architecture you own, whoever builds it.
  3. Build

We build to the agreed scope with acceptance criteria, weekly demos and a staging environment you can use from the first week.

Deliverable: a tested, documented system handed over with a runbook.
  4. Operate

We run it with you for an agreed term: monitoring, reporting, reviews and the improvements that only live use reveals.

Deliverable: monthly reports and a quarterly review, with a clean handover when you want it.

About Aurumvexa

The name joins aurum, gold, with a coined word for the systems that make it work. The lotus in our mark grows out of circuit nodes for the same reason: we care about outcomes, and we build the machinery that produces them.

Aurumvexa FZ-LLC is a free-zone limited liability company based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. We work with founders, family offices and established businesses that want a partner who will stay through launch and into operations.

Innovate

We design around the problem in front of us, and test before we commit your money or ours.

Empower

Everything we produce is documented and handed over. You never depend on us more than you choose to.

Elevate

We measure ourselves on the numbers that matter to you after launch, not on the deck before it.
